looks like people are been hypocritical here. reading the headline on this site, looks like they did not condemn what Mfum said, but rather emphasised on PV obeng. Maybe Im been sceptical, but I think Akans might say in general how disgusting mfum was but at the same time they could'nt care less about the impact and damage its done.

This is got nothing to do with Akans. The point of the matter is that Mfum screwed up big time . he needs to be brought to book because he is part of a generation who were probably not used to mixing or interacting with people of other tribes
Yep I agree with Sylvanus. Akans need to stop yhis superior mentality thing. Its not going to get our dear country anywhere. This is more than just a silly old man making a stupid joke. Its heavier than any silly comment Alhaji Brusah or anybody else had made in the past.... You guys should stop intimidating the rest of us
this is not the time for tribal bashing, all kotoko fans, whether akans, Gas, Ewes or northerners should unit to bring our dear club back to its glory days
Leave ashantis out of this. The referees themselves have a lot of questions to answer. Hypocrisy comes in to play when we all know that part of what Mfum said is true. kotoko, hearts or any other team gets favours from certain referees. anybody who tries to hide that fact is a fool. The referees could do this due to different reasons. It could be through handouts or incentives by the respective club, loyal fan of the club, tribalistic conotations or any 2000and1 other reasons best known only to them. It is this frustrations that push or make people come out and say stupid things like we are witnessing now,whether the person is high profile or not.
The referees association should clean its house before they see a ceasaion of such allegations levelled against its members.
